We found this link from Food52.com as a great place to start when commencing your sourdough bread journey. What better day to read about baking the freshest bread at home than April 1st, Sourdough Bread Day!

You’ll have to make your own starter or find some from a baker friend, but the Co-op’s got your flour and yeast and salt!

We’ll always suggest referencing more than one recipe for a project like this. Here’s another site with lots of commentary to help guide you.

And of course, if baking just isn’t for you, grab a fresh sourdough bread at your favorite local bakery!
