Interested in getting involved?
Urban Greens is seeking new board candidates to nominate for election at this year’s annual owner meeting (virtual details tbd)! Joining the board is a great way to be part of the leadership team that helps guide Urban Greens forward, and ensure we are striving to grow and maintain the store we envision!
Urban Greens welcomes individuals with a diversity of experiences, perspectives, information, connections, and skills. We seek to develop a Board of Directors that reflects this and that represents the diverse communities the co-op strives to serve, and that has a strategic combination of knowledge, expertise and competencies to enable the Board to carry out its governing functions.
Included below are areas of experience, knowledge, skills, and expertise that we’ve identified as priorities in considering potential candidates.
