Member Meeting on Thursday, June 20!
Please join us for our Annual Member Meeting, Potluck, & Pie Contest!
When: Thursday, June 20th
Time: 6:00pm
Where: All Saints Memorial Church, 674 Westminster St in Providence.
We welcome and encourage all members and non-members alike! This year’s meeting will be happening just before our store opening (announcement coming later this week!), and will be a great chance to hear about the grand opening plans and what’s ahead! The member meeting is also an opportunity for Co-op owners and supporters to connect with other member-owners, hear about the progress of the past year and vote democratically on important initiatives!
Important information:
- Dinner and potluck: plenty of food will be prepared by board members to be shared by everyone. If you would like to bring a dish to share, please do!
- 8th Annual Pie Contest – open to everyone!
- Childcare will be provided. Pre-registration is required – Email us for details at info@urbangreens.com
The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00pm! You will hear from the cooperative council about the progress made on many fronts over the past year, participate in member votes and have a chance to ask questions. The meeting will also include the opportunity to meet and speak with council members after the report, enjoy a delicious potluck dinner provided by members, and participate in our 8th Annual Urban Greens Pie Contest!
Check out the voting initiatives here!
